Exchanges
No returns or exchanges are allowed once order is confirmed.
As pre-orders costs me shipping from US-Malaysia, we will not accept cancellations due to any reason, but will only offer some discount (case-by-case basis), if item arrives with some/little flaw like tiny scratch, which is still acceptable, considering the items are real bargains and at rock bottom prices.
Please remember that we cannot control how Customs inspect the item once it reaches Malaysia, and if the flaw is caused by them, which is totally out of our control.
As we strongly believe in selling only authentic products, your orders safe through us. We have to emphasize that no exchanges are accepted once the order has been placed, due to the fact that you changed your mind, item does not fit meet your expectations, etc.
